Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive. 

Position Overview:  

We are seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, provide support to BT's & RBT's, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site. 
 

Compensation: 

  • Full-Time/Hybrid - $85,000 - $95,000 annually, DOE

  • Part-Time/Hybrid -$75 an hour (approx. 20hrs weekly)

Work Schedule:  

  • Flexible hours 

  • Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM  

  • No weekends or travel required  

  • All clinic-based care 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working 25 weekly billable hours (based on full-time)

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans 

  • Provide supervision to BT's and RBT's 

  • Conduct parent training and oversee client progress 

  • Participate in weekly departmental and on-on-one meetings 

  • Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (PT, ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed 

Qualifications:  

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion   

  • Must currently hold AZ LBA license  

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities  

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
