We’re a clinician-led pediatric therapy organization committed to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to join our team. You will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site.
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on skills, certification, and experience
- Hybrid Schedule
- Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- No weekends or travel required
- All clinic-based care
- Working 25 weekly billable hours
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide supervision to BTs and RBTs on staff
- Conduct parent training and oversee client progress
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines (ST, OT, Feeding) in scheduled sessions as needed
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion
- Must currently hold AZ LBA license
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
