Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate Senior RBT to partner with our on-site BCBA to help kids with developmental delays and disabilities thrive. As a Senior RBT, you'll lead team meetings, coach and mentor fellow behavior techs, and ensure everyone has the support and tools they need. You’ll be the go-to for communication between team members, managing client data, and training fellow behavior technicians.
You'll also provide direct support to clients, collect data, and assist with keeping the team running smoothly, taking on tasks as assigned by the BCBA.
Compensation:
- $1.00 pay increase to current pay rate
- Full-time M-F
- No weekends required
- Support team RBTs and BTs during active sessions
- Weekly Check-ins with BCBA
- Conduct therapy sessions using creative and play-based teaching methods
- Support a wide range of behaviors in a collaborative environment
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
- Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Current RBT certification or sitting for the exam before January 1st 2025.
- Ability to pass a background check, reference checks, and ability to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Empathy and compassion for children, particularly those with developmental delays
- High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the workday
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months of continuous employment without changes in availability
