Speech Language Pathologist Assistant SLPA

Position Overview:
The SLPA works under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assist in the delivery of speech and language services. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and supporting individuals with communication challenges.
Compensation:
$55,000- $65,000 ($26.44- $31.25)
Work Schedule:
- Clinic ABA hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- No weekends or travel required
- All clinic-based care
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent education and certification requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and provide consistent support as directed by the SLP.
- Basic knowledge of speech and language development and communication disorders.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Currently have a Speech Language Pathology Assistant License?
- Passed AZ required National Board of Occupational Therapists SLPA exam?
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred
